We are no longer accepting, Medium - Large Bulldog/Bull Terrier breeds, Boxers, Malamutes, Huskies, Huntaways, Smithfields, Bearded Collies, German Shepherds, Rottweiler, Mastiff's, or any crosses of these breeds
For health and safety reasons - any dogs who need to walk on leash, have a lack of recall or at times 'faulty ears' are not suitable for the Muddy Paws environment.
I (the owner) hereby declare to Muddy Paws Limited that I am the legal owner of the dog; that my dog has not been exposed to distemper, rabies or parvo within the past (30) thirty days; that my dog has been vaccinated and treated for parasites that occour on a farm environment as indicated by records presented; that my dog is currently and properly licensed.
I understand that Muddy Paws Limited operates as a communal, interactive play environment and is a kennel free facility. I accept that positive benefits and risks involved and agree that Muddy Paws Limited is not liable for any injuries, loss or death of any dog through escape, sickness or any other cause resulting during my dogs stay.
Occasionally we discover that Muddy Paws Limited is not an appropriate environment for every dog, and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate a dog’s stay if at any time the dog is deemed unsuitable. I certify that my dog has not shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person or other dog and I have disclosed to Muddy Paws Limited all known dangers associated with my dog.
I understand that I am liable for any medical care, expenses and damages that result from injuries caused by my dog.
I understand that under no circumstances will Muddy Paws Limited be liable for consequential damages or damages beyond the replacement value of my dog. If any medical problems develop while my dog is in the care of Muddy Paws Limited, I authorise Muddy Paws Limited to do whatever they deem is necessary for the safety, health and wellbeing of my dog and I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any expenses incurred.
I expressively waive and relinquish any claims against Muddy Paws Limited, its employees, directors and representatives, except those arising for negligence on the part of Muddy Paws Limited.
I have read and agree to all the above terms and conditions.
